The OP didn't make the mistake of asking for hypertrophy of the wrist joint. Obviously the muscles are extrinsic to the joint, and you can increase the force of wrist flexion/extension/supination/pronation by targeting them, which is what most of the replies are about.Originally posted by: forrestroche

Neither did he ask how to increase the force of wrist flexion/extension/supination/pronation. He asked how to strengthen his wrists. They are not the same.
