How do I store my snow thrower over summer?

Should I run it until it runs out of gas? Should I get a gas conditioner?

Get some stabil gas treatment. I'd personally lift the thing off the tires too with some blocks just to make things easier on the tires.

If I get the gas treatment, I can just let it sit around all summer, and then strart it up next winter with the same fuel?

Yep. That fuel stabilizer works great!

Honestly, if you just fill up the tank so that there's no room for condensation to form, you don't even need to use a fuel stabilizer. Any national gasoline chain formulates their fuels to "last" for at least one year without requiring stabilizers as long as water doesn't get into the gas.

Put her in a bakini and have her lay by the pool. she deserves a rest from throwing all that snow! ;)
