How do I stop Win8 from maximizing windows when dragged to the top

This is the most ridiculous "feature" that I've ever seen. I have a 24" widescreen monitor and no intention of maximizing programs. Plus I believe that double clicking on the window title pane has done this since windows 95.

Control Panel/Ease of Access Center/Make the mouse easier to use

Check: prevent windows being automatically arranged...

(Should be same in 8 as in 7)


I hate that 'feature' also. To me, it's more of MS's attitude that they know best how I should use my computer. But at least they allow you the option to turn it off (although in my opinion it should be off by default).
