I keep getting spam like this in my work email. Is there someone I can report this to stop this crap?

regarding this deposit were handed over to me even
before my father's death last February 2002.
As a result of my father's death and the violent
situation right now in Angola and since then, violence
has spread throughout Angola, leaving dozens dead , my
life is in danger.Right now I am presently in Ghana
for the purpose of this money and I need your
assistance to get these money out from the security
company where it has been deposited as my father
adivsed the finance company in an agreement that the
fund be release to me and his foreign business
partner(but he did not mention any name).So I need
your assistance to help me as my father's business
partner as to enable the finance company to release
this fund to me.I decided to seek for assistance of a
complete strenger who could protect my interest and
assist me to invest this money in a good lucrative
business in his country.
I don't know how buoyant you are at the moment because
you will be required to meet me in Ghana for face to
face decussion and to discuss how best we can go about
this transaction and because of the confidential
nature of this transaction we should look for possible
means of communicating with each orther as you can see
with me that internet is not the best means of
