how do I stop some stuff from loading at boot ?

Hi

guys how do I remove some of the stuff that loads at boot ?
I installed some stuff and now its too much and I have to close em every time I boot (I tried looking through the options of each soft however most of them dont have "load at win start up or not" option)


I know there is a way to config this, but I forgot

please advise

msconfig thats the one, I knew it was config something but I couldnt remember the name

I looked in your system rig profile and saw that you (at one time) used Win ME. You can also use the Win XP msconfig on Win 2K.

one machine is on ME and one is on 2K
Id like to clean them both a bit
