How do I stop file from opening during start-up?

I just deleted a virus earlier tonight (w32.hllw.bymer virus), it was one that ran an infected notepad at windows start-up. I've gotten rid of the offending virus, but now on start up notepad opens up a blank file named "hazwsx.hsq". I can't find any entries in the system.ini or win.ini that look relavent. Where else can I look?

Registry. I don't remember the exact key, but if you're in Win98, go to Start->Accessories->System Tools->System Information. When that's open, go to

Tools->system configuration utility. From there, click on the Startup tab. You should find it there.

You can always go into the registry at

Local Machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run and remove anything from there that you don't want starting up. Careful though...some stuff in there is required for windows to start.
