How do I speed up the export process of my videos in nero?

1) nero export
how long is the export taking?
what version of nero?
what're your system specs?
what encoding settings are you using?

the process should be pretty heavily cpu/ram dependent.

You could try using another program like handbrake to see if encoding times are similar.

2) youtube upload
railguns response is for youtube uploading.
fiber typically offers high upload/symmetrical speeds i.e. 100/100 (down/up; Mbit == 1/8 Mbyte), whereas cable/dsl has slow upload/asymmetrical speeds something like 100/7, 50/5, 20/3, 10/1, etc.
It's too bad that fiber isn't offered widely yet.
T3 or other symmetrical business grade lines would work and are more widely available, but that's ridiculously expensive for home internet
otherwise if you have access to a college/university library/computer room, you could use their internet for uploading stuff ;D.
4g sometimes has faster uploads too, but that would burn through a ton of data, which would likely be a problem unless you have a grandfathered or truly unlimited plan.

another way would be to encode to a smaller file with nero or handbrake or etc.
there are various quality and resolution settings that result in passable results with significantly smaller file sizes.
handbrakes default settings are pretty good at reducing file size with negligible loss of quality.
