How do I specify the path for the location of the EULA in Win2k?

Hey all, I'm trying to make a bootable disc for Windows 2000 Professional. I'm using the MSDN version with Windows2k Pro, Server, and Adv. Server all on one disc. I have successfully created a bootable disc using the instructions at www.bink.nu but when it gets to the part where it asks me to read the End User License Agreement, it gives me an error saying it can't find the EULA file. I'm trying to figure out which file contains the path so that I can change it to the proper location. Right now, it's looking in the wrong location since I just copied the directory with the Win2k Professional files onto the CD.
