How do I single boot?!?

I am currently dual-booting W2k and W98SE. I installed 98SE to play a few networked games, but since I have uninstalled those games, 98SE is just taking up valuable space.

I deleted the Windows folder on my C: drive, thinking that it'll get rid of the Win98 option during start-up, but no luck. What can I do?
