I don't know exactly where in the game folder, but you can always take screens using the print screen button & then pasting it in MSpaint/photshop/your choice of edit software.

microAmp showed you the right folder. Look for Valve in Program Files (the most common instal directory).

yeah, hitting printscreen is so tiresome. not only does F5 instantly save the screenshot, but you dont have to alt-tab and paste it into paint or photoshop...
