How do i show the date when printing out website for Blue PM??

Just got a letter from Amex asking me to re-send the advertisment because it didn't have the date on there. I'm sure this is a stupid question, but for those of you who have printed out websites to price match, how do you show the date so that Amex accepts it. Thank You.
