How do I show every program using memory in Win98?

Basically I think there's a keylogger installed on my friends system (Windows 98) ... We need to know if there's some sort of Task Manager like there is in Window NT/2000/XP ...

I need to see every program running and using memory so that I can remove this pesky program ... any ideas?
