How do I share stuff between both computers in my LAN?

I just set up the Linksys BEFSR41 V.2 and have both of my computers connected to the internet. I want to know how I get them to share files and the printer connected to each computer. I am a newbie at networking, please help.

Make sure you have the "File and Print Sharing" service installed. Then you can share any folder, file, or printer.
