HI,
I just bought a Netgear Router RT314. Its running really great! Knock on Wood
Its running at 100MBPS and I have 3 computers on it. Im wanting to set it up so I can have my dad or friends FTP into it. So they would beable to D/L some of my MPs for example. If im thinking correctly I sould beable to do this. Can I do this threw the SUA/NAT in the Netgear setup? If so HOW is the best and secure way? An example would rock!
After its setup how would I go about setting up rights for certian folders or can I? I know someone else has brought this up but need more details. Is all I have to do is assign my IP and make up a port number? Then FTP into it? If anything maybe a sight that telling how to set his up.
BTW..Running Win_2000.
Thanks!
Buck
