How do I set Windows Explorer to open to file other than Start menu?

It seems like it should be easy enough. I just want it to open a different folder when I start the program, since the Start Menu is one I never use with this app. Win98. Anyone?

I asked a similar question a while ago, basically it boils down to this: open up the folder you want, create a shortcut to it on the desktop, rename the shortcut Windows Explorer, give it whatever icon you want, and there you go
