Now that I have that out of the way, do a search, by author, putting your user name in the search.
Is it so difficult for a lifer to look at the column that lists the creator of the thread?Originally posted by: RichUK

That search field only searches for the author of any given post. Not the author or the creator of a thread ? which IMO it should.
OP - As far as I know this cannot be done through AT's version of the forum software, unfortunately. It's an essential search feature that hasn't even been implemented into one of the largest computer forums in the world. I?m quite surprised.
I don?t understand AT. A forum is essentially a massive database where users have open access to make database (post) entries, yet they don?t have a working search engine.![]()

One of the perks of being such a prolific poster, is that you get the opportunity to look at all the threads that you have contributed so much into.![]()

There isn't any way through the forum software.

Well, might not work for you, but I always manage to find my droppings that way.
Maybe I misunderstood chuckywang's question. I thought he was looking for a way to locate HIS threads, not every post he made. I don't believe there's any way to do that.Originally posted by: compuwiz1

Geez, give me access to the database. I'll write the SQL queries to make Search work.
