How do i Save Streaming Audio (Specifically - Windows Media Player)

This may be a lame question answered a hundred times, but there is a specific talk radio show i like to listen to using Windows Media player streaming audio. Is there a way i can save the audio to my hard drive?

I saw a utility that would capture your soundcard output (prolly to like a HUGE .wav file) but I forget what it's called.
