How do i safely overclock my cpu?

1) With Overclocking, there is absolutely no guarantees your chip and motherboard will handle a certain speed. Every chip is different. What you will want to do is slowly up the speed to around where you want it. If you get instability, try upping the voltage a step. Don't go above 1.5v for vCore (you can but it's probably not advisable). There may be FSB holes (I don't know the board) so if you get stuck at an FSB like 330, try 401.
2) If you want to overclock above 3GHz, I would recommend an aftermarket HSF (Heatsink Fan). Definitely get the Tuniq Tower 120. It is not that expensive (around $50) and it gets the best results (AT has a review).
(Edit: Also don't forget to get some AS5 (Arctic Silver 5) thermal compound)
