How do I RMA an IBM HDD?

Isn't IBM the best company when it comes to computers? I don't know, though, never had an IBM HD . Always something different. Why not just crash it on the wall and get a new one?

Go to the IBM website and then look for the RMA form. You'll need to fill out some info and print a paper out. Send it in w/ the correct materials AND packaging.

LOL And what will you get back? Another IBM HD? Better hammer it, nail, crash, ditch, disassemble, destroy, give it as a free gift to those who might (?) need it, throw it away, burn it and blow the ashes on the wind!

Why? Unless it is a 75GXP there is nothing wrong with an IBM HDD that a little cooling won't cure.

I just received a used serviceable GXP75 76 gig IBM hard drive after my original one crashed and burned. I just sent a nasty letter to IBM stating if they would like to borrow it for one of their mission critical uses for free! Obviously, I am waiting for a reply...
