VirtualDub 1.3c or earlier (had to pull ASF support from subsequent versions due to MS restrictions). Open the file in VirtualDub and select File->Save WAV. The output file will be given the extension .wav, but its actual format will be whatever audio stream was contained within the ASF (usually MP3 or WMA).
