How do i return the Quick Launch bar beside the Start button in WinXP?

The instructions for getting back the Quick Launch icon in XP also works in Win ME. I got my Quick Launch icon back but it is not next to the Start button where I want it to be. It is now located on the right side of my task bar. I want it back on the left side of my task bar next to the Start button.

Anyone know how to do that?
