How do I restrict where people can save files?

I'd like to restrict where people can save files on my computer. How can I do this with Windows XP?

XP Pro. I want to restrict users from saving on the local hard drive.

Connected locally or over a network session? Lock the NTFS permissions on the root, then create a folder for the users and set the permissions accordingly. This all assuming your not letting people use your local logon.
