Tauren, does Windows prompt you to logon at startup? If not then I suspect that auto logon may have been enabled. Look in Control Panel for the TweakUI applet.

No, he's too much of a boob to even know what a GUI is, let alone Tweakui. It's the registered user's name that needs to go.
If you get a logon prompt with his name in it go delete the *.pwl files form c:\windows and this will go away.
If you need to edit the registered user name, just do a search for his name as Windows sees it and replace each instance with yours.
I am sure there is more than just the Registered user's name with his data in it.
