How do I reinstall audio and bluetooth drivers in my T60?

My laptop does not produce audio and I can't connect to anything via bluetooth. I want to reinstall those drivers. Can I just go into device manage under hardware and delete them or is there another way I should do it.
 
If you have the drivers then just reinstall them. If you don't have them go to the manufactures web page and download them.
