Having a problem with a game (Morrowind-Bloodmoon) crashing to desktop. It was suggested that oc might be contributing to the problem. So, I want to put cpu back to its orig state to try out this theory. Trouble is I dont know what to change. Right now the multi is on 11.5 and the fsb is 166. My speed is showing as 1.91 Ghz. I should have made note of what the orig settings were but didn't. Can anyone help me out with this?

Change the FSB to 133. Did you change the multiplier at all? If not, leave it.

Edit: I see u have a 2200+. I think the original multiplier for that is 13.5. (13.5 * 133 = ~1.8ghz, default clock for the 2200+) I could be mistaken.

Someone else told me the same exact thing. But, when I made those changes my speed went to something like 732 Mhz. I'll try again. Is there some reason that the 13.5 multiplier is down below 11.5 in the pulldown list in the bios. Instead of scrolling down from 11.5 I have to scroll up near the top of the list. Just curious.

Try setting the multiplier to default or auto. Sounds ot me like the 13.5 multiplier is coupled with the 5.5 multiplier on ur board, resulting in the 732mhz.
