how do i overclock my video card?

I downloaded rivatuner for my gf3 ti200, read all the faqs twice...and i still don't get it! And if i go to display properties>gf3 ti200>gf3 ti200> i don't see the "clock settings tab"!

anyone know what am i supposed to change and to what extent? theres so many variables in rivatuner!
