How do I overclock my E6320?

My spec's:

Case: Antec P180b (w/ fan controller on back)
Mobo: EVGA 680i T1
CPU: E6320 (w/ 4MB cache)
RAM: 2 x 1GB DDR2 1066 SLI certified
GPU: GeForce 7600 GT CO
HDD: 2 x 80GB Hitachi 7200 8MB cache RAID 0+1 for system

I have a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme w/ AC5 paste. 2 x exhaust fans, PSU in seperate chamber. Just built this box 2 days ago

I am new to OC'ing and was wondering what I do to OC my box. I read reviews on users having great success on OC'ing this model C2D... The nvidia monitor shows the voltage in the red for the memory and the PCI-e. I also want to know how to enable the SLI memory and enable the dual channel...

I also wanted to note:

For memory I have an OCZ XTC Memory Cooler
1 AeroCool ExtremeTurbine intake for the top chamber

NVidia Monitor shows temp as follows:

Idle:
CPU - 30-36 C
GPU - 40 46 C

Load:
CPU - 36-40C
GPU - havent tested gaming or anything so its generally the same...

The best thing for you to do is read a couple of the guides that have been posted here. The first one is a general O/C guide, and the second one is more C2D centric.
