I overclocked my K6-2 350 too... My advice would be to first try a FSB of 112 MHz. This will give you 392 MHz, & will be faster than a 400 with a 100 FSB. If that doesn't fly, try upping the multiplier to 4.0 for 400 MHz. Don't be afraid to crank the voltage, either, my K6-2s ran beautifully at 2.8 & 2.9V. That was with an Alpha, though, so be sure you have proper cooling to dissipate the heat.

The 350's were about the best of the K6's due to the fact that several were actually remarked 450's!
Personally, I'd try setting the MB for 4X100 first, then go for 450 (4.5X 100)
You can try the 112 setting, just be warned, some HD's and video cards don't like the "odd" fsb speeds
Cooling is of the most importance- make sure you have GOOD cooling

Look in your mobo manual for the Front Side Bus(or system bus) speed. There should be jumper settings to adjust it. The 5.5 or whatever it may be is the multiplier. The final CPU speed is the FSB times the multiplier. For example, a K6-2 350 by default runs at 100x3.5 for 350 MHz. Upping the bus speed to 112 gives 112x3.5=392 MHz.
