How do I optimize my Memory????!!!!

I have an asus k7m and 128 MB MUSHKIN w/SIEMENS Infineon PC133 ram. I believe the ram is CAS2. Now, i know i can optimize the settings in the bios by changing the spd from enable to disable. Then, i can manually change each setting. However, i have no idea what i should put in each setting. Will someone tell me exactly what values to put in each setting????

You might want to look in the manual to see what it tells you, if anything, but some of this BIOS stuff in pretty unintelligible. Or see:

You normally want your CAS & RAS parameters as low as possible, that's why you bought that premium CAS 2-2-2 SDRAM. If the PC is unstable due to RAM problems, however, then you will have to increase the values.
