How do I open IBM Netvista Case

Does anyone have one of these? How do you open it? I removed the 3 screws in the back but cannot figure out what I need to release to slide the top off.
Also, what is a good cheap MB to use with this?

Just pull, side is attached to front, it's a very snug fit.

just pick a panel (preferably the one you removed the screws from ) and starting moving it around

it will come off eventually
