How do I obtain a domain thats being squatted?

Astounding that you think you're somehow entitled to the domain name because it's YOUR last name. What if the guy who owns it decides he's entitled to your car because it's name is the same as his last name? I guess you'd turn it over?

When did I way I was entitled? I just thought there may be some kind of ruling stating if a domain is taken by a squatter then you can try to dispute his owning it. But thanks for your words of wisdom.
