I just got this Office 2000 Premium SR1. It requires me to register after 49 uses. Is there a way to get around it not having to register? I might want to sell it later so I don't want to register it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hit Register Later, or keep your computer on and any one of the Office Applications open.

Having one open in the background, and opening up a new one or closing it does not count as a use.

I was hoping that some one can show me a better way to do this like hacking the registry or some file. Any help would be appreciated.

You can sell software you've previously registered. I've done it several times, and with Microsoft's blessings. They have provisions for license transfer. Or am I misunderstanding?
