How do I minimize a startup program? *FIXED*

My bro messed up my Configuration so I had to re-add Black Ice to the startup folder, but when i restart it comes up in full view. How do I minimize it in properties is it -minimize or /minimize???

Look under
start-run-msconfig
for windows 98 and see if it disabled under the starup tab

NM, I got it.
It wasnt on MSconfig, all I had to add was add -closed. I knew it was something like that.
