How do I meet celebrities?

Living in Los Angeles, CA, I have never met or seen a celebrity. How do I go meet some celebrities? I would like to get a picture with them or something to remember them by.

You can usually check out "ultra-super-duper-stocker-fan" websites and find out when they're going to be doing a public appearance near you.

Jamaal Tinsley of Pacers, Jake Lloyd from Star Wars Episode 1 - VERY good at basketball BTW, pacer's coach... pacer's pilot... some random football players, but one moved out.... and then some more in the nearby neighborhoods...

One of the most celebrity-laden events I know of in the US is the American Film Market, held every year in Santa Monica, CA. Usually there are a whole lot of move stars wandering around, either to promote movies they've been in or to promote movie ideas that they'd like to make themselves. You can't go into the hotel itself where it's held (Lowes), but even celebrities have to eat, so you'll probably see a lot of them in any nearby restaurants during the event.

You don't. Thats what separates them, the 0.0000000000000000000000001% from the other 99.9999999999999999999% of us Americans. Thats why there called celebs. OR you could always go the stalker route.
