How do I make the overclock permanent?

I'm o/cing my Radeon 9500 using the Radoverclocker registry hack. It overclocks fine (360/300) but whenever I reset the system, it goes back to the BIOS default. What software do I need in order to keep the o/c where it is regardless of whether I restart the system or not?
