Question (for those who don't care why I want to do this)
How do I make multiple partitions in Windows XP Pro on one hard drive?
Reason (for those who feel like reading more)
I'm using Norton Ghost to backup up my system without anything but the essentials. This will allow me to make reformatting my hard drive much faster (I won't be reformatting often, but every few months, as matintenance). The problem is that I am only able to clone one hard drive to another, and Norton Ghost wants to overwrite any data on the secondary hard drive whenever I want to clone the primary hard drive. I want to create a second partition on the secondary hard drive that's big enough to hold a clone that has all of the essentials and nothing extra, which I will use after each time I reformat. I want to make two partitions, so I can still clone my entire hard drive if necessary, but have the second clone always available for after I reformat. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
