How do I make egg salad?

I all ready have the eggs hard boiled, what do I do now?

Now add a little miracle whip or mayo, which ever you preffer... Some chopped celerey, a little paprika, and perhaps some sliced olives.

Add mayonaisse.

You can also add onions, and spices to taste.

Peel the eggs. Dice them up. Stir in mayonnaise to desired consistency. Maybe add some mustard, and some salt and pepper.

Usually I use:
Eggs
Mayo
Mustard
Pickle Relish (or just the juice if you don't want the relish chunks)
Salt and pepper to taste

Getting the proper blend of mustard and mayo can be tricky as well, a lot more mayo than mustard. Add a little of each ingredient at a time until you get the flavor and consistency you want.

I also add either a little Tabasco or Pepperoncinni juice for a little spice.

Same as I do it, occasionally add pickles. Simple and delicious.

Peel and dice the hardboiled eggs, add a table or tea spoon(depending on amount of eggs) of sweet pickle relish, diced celery, diced onion, pinch of garlic salt, black pepper and table or tea spoon of mayonaise and mix.

Apply to fresh bread and Yummm! Instant Cholesterol spike!
