How do I make cue-files?

I've got an iso and an audio-file which I want to make into a cd. The iso should be track one and the audio-file track two. I know that I can do it by making a cue-file, but no matter what I do it says that there's some kind of error in the file, here's what it looks like:

FILE "track1.iso" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 00 00:00:00
FILE "track02.wav"
TRACK 02 AUDIO
INDEX 01 06:47:27

What's wrong? Or is there another way to make such a cd? I use Nero 5.5
