How do I make a multi-boot CD?

We have 3 CDs at work that we use for imaging computers and such. The total size of all 3 CD would fit on 1CD. So I want to make a bootable disc that I can choose which one of the Bootable CDs I want to have load. Is this possible? If so how can I make this? I have MagicISO but I can't get it to work. I can only get it to boot upto the selection menu but go no farther.
