How do I make a bootable floppy...stupid I know

I am sure everyone out there knows how to do this but me so could someone let me know how to do this?

Start > Settings > Add/Remove Programs > Startup Disk (3rd tab over on top) > Create Disk

Or if you just need a floppy that will boot to a bare dos prompt and no drivers at all (BIOS Flash best performed with NO drivers loaded) then drop to a DOS prompt within windows and type:

format a: /s

Then drop the flash program and BIOS image onto it and boom, there ya go.
