how do i know if my RAM is running at 2-2-2 or 3-3-3?

Check your BIOS.

vital, you can go to download.com , search for SiSoft Sandra, download, install, run, look in the motherboard information menu.

great program for benchmarking your system as well and seeing how hot your system really is.
