How do I know if my mobo is a refurb?

I bought a mobo (Gigabyte GA-7DXC) from Ubid and it has three stickers on it that my other does not have.
It was advertised as "NEW"

1) A "RE" sticker by the Gigabyte logo.
2) A "MA" sticker by the Rev. #
3) A sticker over the board serial number.

Any help would be appreciated...
