How do I keep ICQ from docking onto the side of my screen?

on the top bar where it says your number, click and hold down the mouse and drag it to wherever you want.

Yeah, when I move it to the right or left of the screen, it docks to the side of the first screen even though the cursor moves over to the second. It's like caged inside of my primary monitor.

I also had that problem, I don't think it allows you to drag to secondary monitor.

You can float your "buddies" and drag those to secondary monitor though. But they will default back to primary monitor upon reboot.

Why don't you try Trillian? I found ICQ uses too much system resources but Trillian uses only a small amount. Trillian logs onto all your messenger services with one interface AND this can be put on your secondary monitor.
