I can't make it work, I've tried to install the driver that came with the mouse (CDR). But it doesn't help, so how do you install a USB mouse ??? (In windows ME it autodetect).
what kind of mouse? win2k should autodetect it. u make sure that usb port is working? if not use the latest drivers off the web. pre-packaged drivers are usually older if not incompatible.

Well Windows ME autodetects it, so i'm sure the USB port works. And it's a logitech ifeel mouse.
You should be able to plug it in under 2k. Really freaked me out first time I put usb mouse onto W2k, didn't even show a detection dialog just loaded the drivers.
If you have a via based chipset, have you installed the 4-in-1's?
