how do I install my Tyan MB - screws/bolts?

my Lian Li 2100 came without instructions for some reason, (dropped out of the open box I guess) but with the screws etc.

so... being a total newbie to building own system, I'm not sure how to install my Tyam S2895 dual opteron MB - do I use the heaxagonal bolts with screw heads to 'stand off' the board, locate the board over those, and then use the same hex bolts to screw into their own kind? - it seems to provide 20 of those and a special driver for them, so it looks my best guess.

and as if anyone should know - what are the 5 really long screws with thumb heads for (about 1" long)
and the 4 thick black rubber belts/bands - do they sit under anything to stop vibrations or ?

You really need to call whoever you purchased your Lian-Li from and your motherboard from and get the proper directions before you mess something up.

However, I might say that you do have good taste in both cases and motherboards.
