How do I install gpedit.msc?

Can someone tell me how to install gpedit.msc so I can use it? I have XP Home version and when I do a search for the file it is not found on my hard drive. I would like to have access to the options provided by it.

The group policy editor isn't included in WinXP Home Edition. I don't know if it can be "installed" or not. It would involve not only the addition of gpedit.dll, gpedit.msc, gpedit.hlp, and gpedit.chm but some finagling of Windows File Protection and the registry. I imagine it can be done, and I'll be interested to see just how. But I haven't seen word one on it yet in any of the newsgroups. I don't recall this deficiency being specifically mentioned by Microsoft in their comparison charts. Yes, we all knew that Home Edition wouldn't log into domains, but the group policy editor could be very useful for someone with a small home LAN.
