How do I install a custom toolbar logo in Internet Explorer?

I know a 22x22 image and a 38x38 image are necessary to get them to work. I also know it will operate larger bmp's as animation. What I do not know is how to get them to install into IE. Anybody do it before?

If u have 2k or XP
click start
run
type gpedit.msc
under USER CONFIGURATION-double click WINDOWS SETTINGS on left side pane
double click INTERNET EXPLORER in right side pane
double click BROWSER USER INTERFACE on right side pane
the 3 areas you can configure will be right there for ya on the right side pane.
