How do I install a cab file for a video controller for WIN XP? Thank you.

Discovered an excellent site for driver updates called driveragent.com. I think its a must have site.

However, I still am unable to install my cab file for my video controller and cant install any video drivers since the VGA Save fail safe driver remains in effect no matter what I do. Also, my touch pad on this laptop doesn't permit me to scroll and I cant get any sound. Other than the, the XP Pro laptop works.

You don't, you can PM the AnandTech Moderator account and ask them to delete or lock it. They may do so, or just let it drop. BTW, try not to cross-post too
