How do I insert a user form into Excel???

This is gonna sound like such a n00b question, but here we go.

We created a form within Excel in the VBA Editor. It does what we want. (Some advanced searching, and displaying of results.) But we can't figure out how to actually insert it into an Excel worksheet. I have TRIED every thing I can think of. I've searched the hell out of Google, and went to some Excel 2000 user groups. (Yes...sad, I know.)

Basically, the form has been created, HOW do I insert it into a Spreadsheet, instead of running it from within the VBA Editor.
