actually, men grow until they are around 26 years old, but very little of course. If you want to grow a bit more, I would recommend running about 30 min a day and get plenty of sleep. No guarantees but these help. Oh, consume calcium as well.

As has already been stated, worry more about how you carry yourself, how you take care of yourself and make the most of your personality, you will be fine. Height is nothing, there are many more important things.

I am only 5-8 and nobody has ever really said anything about it, I sometimes wish I was a bit taller, learn to love yourself as-is, you will be better off.

I'm 6'0 or so and want to get taller also, heh. But I sure haven't heard of anything that will make you grow taller. Maybe that is an untapped market for magic pills, if they can increase other lenghts, why not height?

Hey, butthead, my shoes themselves are 5'8" - you're a midget! :p

6'5" or so is a perfect height for me. I'm still pissed I didn't reach 6'8", though...

i have 2 buddies, that are about your height,
they are still Tall in my book, because they are Great people!

This reminds me of that backwards Seinfeld episode where George where's his hiking boots everywhere even until the last scene at a wedding just to keep up the impression to some lady that he's tall.;)

I was 6'2"+ at one time in my life. Now I'm 6'1". Age does really wierd things to you.

My wife of 30+ years is 5'1". We have never had any problems.

Why the fvck do you want to be taller?

HappyPuppy, you're ~30 and still say fvck? that's cool in my books

pass the joint

BTW, I'm 5' 11" and I really wish I could be taller.. It's just in some peoples' personalities I think.. Cause' I have friends that are shorter than me that couldn't care less how tall they are.

My ideal height is 6' 5".. I don't care what anyone says about that being too tall. I don't even care that people over 6' 3" tend to have shorter lives because their hearts don't last as long. I even drank my milk.

My younger bro is taller than me by 3 inches.. He's about 80lbs overweight, though.. so I dunno if I'd assume his body.

I'd say he's at least 45 (hey, I know people not much older than that who were married at 15 & 16), probably more like 50.

I'll probably have to stop saying fvck when I have kids.

think about the benefits. If you ever start working out, youll become more cut up than if you were taller. ive got a friend like 4-6" shorter than me (Im 5'11") and he became more cut up in the same amount of time even tho he worked out half as much as me

Ok, here's the deal. I was sloggin' in the mud in VN in 1968. I was 21 years old at the time. If you can do a little simple arithmatic you can figure out my age.

The only reason I use the word fvck is because the nice mods won't let me use the word f*ck.

Do you know what else? I know what Mary Jane is. I also what LSD is. I've even heard of chemicals like coke, meth, smack, peyote and 'shroom. Not that I have ever had any personal experience with them (heeee, heeeeeee, heeeeeeeeeeeeeee), er, um.

You boys go to bed now. It's getting late.

I don't understand what the whole deal is about not dating taller women. I'm 5'10", and my g/f is around 5'11". She towers over me when she wears heels. I don't mind it at all.
